In my role as Section Head for Law & Sustainability at Banedanmark, I have implemented a strategic insourcing of civil lawsuits, where my employees conduct the cases themselves as legal representatives. This has strengthened recruitment and created significant savings with a 100% success rate in the cases conducted (AdvokatWatch).
